We have established our groups this month. We have been lucky enough to have been given some pieces of plants (clivia and Agave's) to put into our gardens. The Envirokids have learnt about digging, planting and watering while planting these plants. We have cleaned out the vegetable beds, ready for new plants and have done a great job of weeding the gardens around the school.
March 2013
We have added compost into the vegetable gardens and watered it in well - the beds have got very dry in this hot weather. We have sown beetroot, carrot and radishes and some brassica's (brocolli, cabbage) into pots to plant later.
